The story begins with our founder’s personal experience with inadequate lighting in his closets.
The frustration of identifying the pairs of black and blue jeans has slowly escalated with the arrival of his newborn, who would wake up every midnight.
He wanted to add some small lights that are easy to use without breaking the budget. But he quickly learned that traditional light wouldn’t work.
Why?
1. They’re a hassle to install. You need wiring that involves drilling permanent holes in the wall. And that could break the lease for rentals.
2. They need a light switch. Fumbling around in the dark to turn the light on isn’t easy.
3. They’re expensive. The electricity bills and installation fees all added up. Not to mention if you’re moving apartments, you’ll have to start over again.
