Shipping

How long does it take to get my order?

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully prepare your GlowRight and package it with care, so please allow up to 48 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. Your GlowRight will then be sent via our shipping partners.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

How much is shipping?

I just placed an order and I need to change it.

If you need to change an order you just placed, please email glowrightlux@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details and requested changes.

We typically process orders quickly, so if you contact us before your order is processed we may be able to help. Once an order is in processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Returns

What is the GlowRight return policy?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be clean and undamaged.

What do I do if I need to return something?

When will I receive the refunded money?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are nonrefundable.
